Client Survey Results
We are delighted with the results of our recent survey conducted by OT Network to obtain feedback from our clients. Encouragingly, the majority of respondents replied with very positive feedback, reaffirming that we are leading the way in setting high standards in our field.
Aim
The primary aim of our survey was to measure the quality of our provision of services to our clients including referrers and injured persons. This in turn provides a method to further assess individual needs of all parties, and identify possible areas of improvement.
Injured persons
The survey responses from injured persons were very positive. The feedback reflected a high level of satisfaction with the service provided with most expressing appreciation for the efficiency, professionalism and knowledge of case managers. Additional feedback was that our staff are helpful, empathic and friendly.
Survey results demonstrate that service users highly value factors such as the level of communication, advice, help, support and encouragement provided by OT Network.
Referrers
Similarly, referrers were also very positive, citing their main reasons for recommending OT Network is the level of experience of our consultants, quality of work, appropriateness of communication, promptness, reliability, attention to detail, comprehensive reports and specific expertise.
OT Network consultants are in high demand occasionally resulting in a wait for appointments. We are currently addressing this issue to ensure that our capacity meets demand.
