Lyndall Cook BAppSc(OT), Driver Trained Occupational Therapist Accredited Occupational Therapist, Member of OT Australia Lyndall had a depth of experience providing occupational therapy services in a variety of settings such as neurology, orthopaedics, brain injury rehabilitation and cancer care. Her skills include comprehensive assessment and treatment within hospital, community, home and workplace environments, and she has extensive experience with activities of daily living training, equipment prescription and environmental modifications. Additionally, Lyndall has provided case management within the Workers compensation and CTP schemes, facilitating return to work programs and conducting manual handling training and ergonomic assessments. She specialised in the area of Acquired Brain Impairment, and provided training in the development of best practice procedures when working in vocational rehabilitation for clients with brain impairment. Lyndall completed post graduate training in Driver Assessment and Training in 1999, and has been involved in assessing physical, cognitive and psychosocial function for driving, designing retraining programs and prescribing of vehicle modifications. Lyndall is an accredited Occupational Therapist, who strives to continually develop knowledge and skills. Utilising her expertise in physical and cognitive rehabilitation, she is dedicated to providing tailored and effective intervention with injured clients.
