Client Services Coordinator
Nicole is a welcome addition to our team with a wealth of experience, most recently in customer service, reception and office administration. In these roles, she was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, timely supply of orders and successful resolution of customer issues.
Within OT Network, Nicole’s role is pivotal in coordinating referrals, appointments and customer service. Excelling in organisational skills, she also maintains a high standard in providing administrative support, ensuring our records are up to date and keeping parties informed.
Nicole is committed to meeting client requirements and aims to provide friendly and efficient service.
A people-orientated person, Nicole has worked in aged care providing nursing and personal care within the community and aged care facilities. She has firsthand understanding of the needs of the aged and the challenge of maintaining independence and dignity. She also has an appreciation of the demands of caring, particularly home-based care.
Nicole is a qualified Enrolled Nurse with an Associate Diploma in Social Welfare and is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Business.
